Stegosaurus


Stegosaurus was a large
plated dinosaur from the
late Jurassic. These dinosaurs
may have had meatball sized
brains but they did have huge
tail spikes.
So when it came to defending
its self Stegosaurus was a
deadly dino !

Pachysephalosaurus



Pachysephalosaurus was the
largest of the bone-headed
dinosaurs. It lived in North
America 65 million years
ago. Its huge bony head
was used for mating battles.
This really was a strange
animal.

Tyranosaurus


Tyranosaurus was the biggest
carnivore of it's time.
It fed on duck-billed
dinosaurs and horned
dinosaurs. Tyranosaurus
was 20 feet tall and 45 feet long
and weighing in at 5 tones it was
the terror of the cretaceous.

Euoplocephalus


Euoplocephalus resembled an armadillo
and a huge rhino. It was the most
common armored dinosaur in
north America during the late
cretaceous. It had a huge
tail club for defense and
It's back was covered
with bony plates and spikes.

Styracosaurus



Styracosaurus lived during the
late Cretaceous. This huge
horned dinosaur used
it's huge front horn for
defense. Like other
horned Dinosaurs
Styracosaurus
was covered in
a thick hide.

Ceratosaurus



Ceratosaurus was a huge horned carnivore
from the late Jurassic.
Ceratosaurus preyed on dinosaurs
like Camptosaurus and young
sauropods. Ceratosaurus
was the last and most
deadly of it's kind.

Apatosaurus


Apatosaurus was a huge plant eating
dinosaur. It was in a group of dinosaurs
called sauropods the largest animals
ever to walk the earth. Apatosaurus did
did something strange. The plants in
the Jurassic were so hard to eat that
Apatosaurus swallowed stones to
help the food digest.
